TADTE 2007

Taipei Aerospace & Defense Technology Exhibition (TADTE) 2007 is open in 8/16-19. This is the only aerospace and defense exhibition in Taiwan which hold every 2 year from 1992. The exhibit include defense technology, supply management, general aviation, aerospace education with college. The exhibit focus on Indigenous Defense Industry with armaments bureau of ministry of national defense and CSIST (Chung-shan Institute of Science and Technology). Of course there are some foreign company as Lockheed Martin, Dassault, L3 communication, P&W, Raytheon, ITT for ammo business with Taiwan military. See photo preview as followed!!

航太製造業之職涯出路

I love this game! 這是NBA的宣傳詞，也很大一部分帶出留在航太製造業所需要的熱忱。如果要賺大錢的還是去台GG比較實在，至少百萬年薪的目標容易達成!! 台灣的航太製造業很不幸的是薪水沒有想像中高，但是也不至於到餓死的程度。期望比較好的薪水基本上跳槽去外商是比較好的選擇，外商在福利與制度上皆較有系統，不過鳥事可是不分外商跟本土公司，都會有的!!下面針對外商在台灣的情形稍為說明。外商在台現況以外商來說，目前在台灣幾個比較有local人力需求的外商為 GE Aviation (美商奇異) 主要是引擎相關零組件，目前漢翔跟長榮航宇是主要供應商。 Honeywell Aerospace - 美商漢尼威爾航太主要是引擎/次系統相關零組件，目前漢翔跟天陽是主要供應商。 UTAS - UTC Aerospace Systems 美商聯合科技系統公司，去年合併Hamilton(不是賣錶的那個)跟Goodrich而成。主要是引擎/次系統相關零組件，目前以原Goodrich供應商為大宗。 Snecma - 法商史奈格瑪主要是引擎相關零組件。 Rolls Royce - 英商勞斯萊斯引擎相關零組件，漢翔為主。 Boeing - 美商波音公司機體零組件，漢翔公司及長榮航宇為主。 P&W - 美商普惠公司漢翔公司為主。外商在台工作職位目前local的職位主要有以下幾種: Transition Manager(移轉經理) 負責產品供應商轉移專案管理 Commodity Manager(產品經理) 負責外包供應商產品管理、合約談判、交期確保...等。 Mechanical & Process Engineer (M&PE) 製程支援/製程稽核...等。 Field Quality Engineer(FQE) 品質相關議題支援，首件(FAI)報告審核...等。 Supplier Development Engineer(SDE) 產能精進與分析、前置期改善、產能稽核...等。外商的基本條件外商要找的人一定都是要有3至5年相關工作經驗，如品保相關或工程相關，能夠多累積一些不同領域的工作經驗會有幫助。譬如說你想去走品保路線(FQE)，就可以先去找一些品保的職位，如CQE或PQ

Farewell Republic of China (Taiwan) F-104G 4420: Disassembly Day 1

The F-104G This former ROCAF F-104G, AF number 4420, was stayed with people in Feng-Chia University in pass a decade. The F-104G was oringinal used by RDAF, Royal Denmark AirForce, then acquired by ROCAF in 1990's. FCU aeronautic dept replace oringinal F-86 Sabre and U-3 with this one in 1995. And 4420 become a baby of the dept. At first, the 4420 store in a dept factory for years, but the university policy make the factory distoried for new, beauty, and more useful building. So 4420 have to move to outdoor with good care and stand on greensward for waiting her next mission. Now show you some detials of the beauty. This shot present the stored condition before process.
